For more than 75 years, we’ve provided a wide range of services, from residential care to employment opportunities, that empower individuals with IDD to thrive.
Now, through our partnership with Howdy Homemade Ice Cream, we’re taking this mission to the next level. Together, we’re creating meaningful jobs for individuals with IDD—offering equitable pay, career growth, and a supportive environment that allows them to shine. At TNC Community, we are carrying forward the mission, offering more than just sweet treats. We have created a space in Lee’s Summit, MO where joy, inclusion, and connection mix together in every cone and cup. Our Heroes are gaining meaningful employment opportunities, empowered by confidence, skill development, and a sense of belonging in the community.
