Rapid Growth For Community Connections

Introducing The Training Academy

First, we are thrilled to launch the Community Connections Training Academy, a new program designed to equip individuals with IDD with the skills, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to pursue meaningful employment. From workplace readiness to guided career exploration, this Training Academy is a significant step toward inclusive employment pathways, opening doors to greater independence and long-term success.

Expanding Day Program

We are also expanding our Community Connections Day Program to serve individuals with higher levels of support needs. This growth allows us to create even more personalized, enriching, and therapeutic opportunities for participants, ensuring every individual, regardless of ability, has access to programs that help them thrive. These enhancements are possible because of the generosity and belief of our community.
